We are urgently hiring Aircraft Maintenance Junior Engineers to support aircraft inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair activities at airports and aviation maintenance facilities. The selected candidates will work under authorized engineers and maintenance supervisors to ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with approved maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and scheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
Assist in inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems and components.
Conduct visual inspections and identify defects, damage, leaks, or abnormal conditions.
Assist licensed/certifying engineers during maintenance and rectification work.
Carry out maintenance tasks according to approved Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), technical documentation, and company procedures.
Assist with removal, installation, testing, and replacement of aircraft components.
Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and avionics systems as applicable.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work cards, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure proper use and control of tools, ground support equipment, and maintenance equipment.
Follow aircraft maintenance safety procedures and airport safety regulations.
Ensure FOD prevention and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Report aircraft defects, technical issues, and unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist with aircraft turnaround and line maintenance activities when required.
Support aircraft servicing activities, including relevant ground maintenance tasks.
Follow company quality, safety, security, and compliance procedures.
Participate in shift-based, night, weekend, and holiday duties as required.
Coordinate with maintenance engineers, supervisors, operations, and other airport teams.
Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of aircraft technical information.
For Junior Engineers
Assist senior/authorized engineers in aircraft maintenance and inspection.
Review technical manuals and maintenance instructions before performing assigned tasks.
Support troubleshooting and fault isolation activities.
Assist in technical documentation and maintenance record preparation.
Monitor maintenance activities for compliance with approved procedures.
Develop practical knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and aviation regulations.
For Aircraft Maintenance Technicians
Perform assigned mechanical/electrical maintenance tasks under appropriate supervision.
Inspect aircraft structures, components, and systems for defects.
Remove and install aircraft components as authorized.
Use maintenance tools and test equipment correctly.
Assist with servicing, repair, inspection, and functional testing.
Maintain tools and equipment in serviceable condition.
Follow maintenance instructions and safety procedures at all times.
Required Qualifications
Junior Engineer:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field, depending on the employer's requirements.
Relevant AME training/licensing or regulatory eligibility may be required for specific positions.
Technician:
ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
Aircraft maintenance training or relevant aviation experience is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and safety practices.
Basic understanding of aircraft systems and components.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Experience
Freshers: May be considered for trainee/junior positions subject to qualification and employer requirements.
Experienced: Candidates with aircraft maintenance, MRO, airline, airport, line maintenance, or base maintenance experience may be preferred for experienced positions.
Working Conditions
Work may be performed on aircraft stands, hangars, maintenance facilities, and airport operational areas.
Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and around aircraft and ground-support equipment.
Shift duties may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
The role may require standing, walking, climbing aircraft access equipment, and handling maintenance tools/equipment.
