Technical & Diagnostic WorkDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions using testing equipment and manuals.Follow manufacturer and regulatory guidelines for maintenance tasks.Utilize specialized tools, precision instruments, and ground support equipment (GSE).Coordinate with engineers to ensure accurate troubleshooting and defect clearance.Ensure calibration and care of maintenance tools and test instruments. Documentation & ReportingRecord all maintenance activities in job cards, logbooks, and technical documents.Update maintenance tracking systems (e.g., AMOS, Trax, Ramco, or Rusada Envision).Ensure accurate documentation for all inspections, replacements, and modifications.Report component failures, delays, and discrepancies to supervisors or engineering teams.Maintain proper traceability of spares and materials used in maintenance. Safety & ComplianceComply with DGCA / FAA / EASA / CAR-145 safety and maintenance standards.Adhere to company safety management systems (SMS) and quality procedures.Follow proper lockout/tagout and hazardous materials handling procedures.Conduct work in accordance with approved maintenance data and aviation legislation.Ensure Foreign Object Damage (FOD) control and maintain a clean work environment.
