Hiring Fresher / Air Traffic Controller / 10th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated Air Traffic Controller to manage the safe and efficient movement of aircraft in the skies and at airports in Howrah, India. This role requires clear communication and strong decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Monitor Aircraft Movements**: You will keep track of planes during takeoff, flight, and landing. This ensures they are safely separated and avoid collisions.

- **Communicate with Pilots**: Your job involves giving clear instructions to pilots. You will use radios to provide them with information about flight paths, weather updates, and any potential hazards.

- **Coordinate with Ground Services**: You will work closely with ground teams to manage the arrival and departure of planes. This includes overseeing the loading and unloading of passengers and baggage.

- **Respond to Emergencies**: In case of emergencies, you must quickly assess the situation and guide pilots to ensure safety for everyone involved.
