Air Traffic Controller - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for an Air Traffic Controller to ensure the safe and efficient movement of aircraft in our airspace. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of air traffic, ensuring the safety of pilots and passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Manage Aircraft Movements:** You will direct the movement of aircraft on the ground and in the airspace, ensuring they maintain safe distances from each other. This includes providing takeoff and landing instructions.

2. **Communicate with Pilots:** You will use radio communication to give clear instructions and updates to pilots regarding their flight plans, weather conditions, and any potential hazards in the airspace.

3. **Monitor Weather Conditions:** You will constantly observe weather patterns and relay important information to pilots, helping them make informed decisions during flights.

4. **Coordinate with Ground Staff:** You will work closely with ground teams to ensure timely refueling, maintenance, and turnaround of aircraft, promoting smooth operations at the airport.

Required Skills and Expectations:

To succeed in this role, candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to think clearly and make quick decisions under pressure.
