We are seeking an Air Traffic Controller for our Kolkata office. This entry-level position welcomes individuals with a 12th-grade education and offers a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of air traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Monitor Air Traffic:** Keep track of all aircraft movements within your assigned airspace to ensure safe distances between planes.

2. **Communicate with Pilots:** Provide clear and concise instructions to pilots about takeoffs, landings, and flight paths, ensuring they receive timely updates.

3. **Coordinate Ground Traffic:** Manage the movement of aircraft on the ground, including taxiing and gate assignments, to prevent collisions and delays.

4. **Use Radar and Other Tools:** Operate radar and flight tracking systems to monitor aircraft positions and provide real-time data to pilots and other controllers.
