Key Responsibilities:

- Flight Reservations: Manage and assist customers with booking airline tickets, ensuring all details are accurate and tailored to customer preferences.

- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing and travel plans.

- Coordination with Airlines: Communicate with various airlines to obtain the best rates and alternatives for customers, ensuring competitive and value-for-money options.

- Payment Handling: Process ticket payments securely, keeping accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to air tickets, including invoices and confirmations.

- Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends and airline offers to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum education of 10th pass is required.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
