We are looking to hire Air Ticketing Executive who can handle Domestic and International ticketing partResponsibilities:Handle all International and domestic ticketing queries received from customers.Group bookings / Domestic & InternationalDealing with Reservations, Operations, and Negotiations sectionAble to make accurate domestic/international bookings for customers.Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved.Responsible for Reservation, issue, Reissue & Cancel Airline Tickets on GDSHelp passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.To sending deal updates to all agents at fortnight basis.Knowledge of tour packages would be an add-on advantage.Candidate must have a positive approach towards the clients and have tendency to mature the leads to confirmed bookingsProvide excellent customer service.MALE / FEMALE BOTH REQUIRED AGE 18 to 35 MORE INFO CONTACT
