Key ResponsibilitiesPassenger Service: Greet travelers at check-in counters, issue boarding passes, assign seats, and verify passports and Operations: Manage pre-boarding announcements, verify passes at the gate, coordinate final passenger headcounts, and assist with last-minute gate age Handling: Tag luggage, process excess baggage fees, and assist passengers in tracking or filing claims for lost and delayed ial Assistance: Provide dedicated support to unaccompanied minors, VIPs, elderly travelers, and passengers with reduced mobility (PRM).Flight Coordination: Communicate with pilots, cabin crew, and ground engineers to ensure the aircraft is prepped (., catering, fueling, and cleaning) and ready for on-time rity & Safety: Assist with security screenings, control access to restricted tarmac areas, and ensure all airport regulatory compliance is met.
