Air Ticketing Agent Fresher

As an Air Ticketing Agent, you will play a vital role in helping customers book their air travel and manage their reservations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, answering their questions about flights and assisting them with bookings.

- Ticket Reservations: Help customers secure flight tickets by checking availability and prices, ensuring they have the best travel options for their needs.

- Issue E-tickets: Generate and send electronic tickets to customers once their bookings are confirmed, ensuring they receive all necessary travel details in a timely manner.

- Handle Cancellations and Changes: Assist customers in modifying or canceling their travel plans, processing any required refunds or adjustments accurately.

- Manage Payment Transactions: Process payments for ticket purchases, ensuring all financial transactions are handled securely.

- Stay Updated on Flight Information: Keep yourself informed about airlines, flight schedules, and travel regulations to provide accurate advice to customers.
