- Ensure the safety and security of passengers, aircraft, and crew: As part of the ground staff team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed to protect passengers, aircraft, and crew members.
- Assist with passenger check-in and baggage handling: You will be helping passengers check in for their flights, assist with baggage drop-offs, and ensure that all luggage is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft.
- Coordinate with other ground staff and airline personnel: You will work closely with other ground staff members, as well as airline personnel, to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals of flights.
- Perform ramp duties: This may include guiding aircraft to and from gates, directing aircraft during taxiing, and performing other tasks on the airport ramp as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service: As a member of the ground staff team, you will be the face of the airline for many passengers, so providing excellent customer service is key to ensuring a positive travel experience.
