Air Hostess Fresher

As an Air Hostess based in Rajkot, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant travel experience for passengers. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to begin a fulfilling career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Safety: You will thoroughly check safety equipment and demonstrate safety procedures to ensure passengers are informed and secure throughout the flight.

- Customer Service: Engaging with passengers is crucial. You will greet them warmly, address their needs, and provide assistance during boarding and throughout the journey.

- Food and Beverage Service: You will serve food and drinks to passengers, ensuring that dietary preferences and special requests are accommodated respectfully.

- Conflict Resolution: Sometimes, you may need to handle difficult situations. You will be trained to manage conflicts calmly and professionally to maintain a pleasant atmosphere on the flight.

- Emergency Response: In case of emergencies, you will be required to act quickly, follow protocols, and guide passengers to safety.
