🔑 Key Responsibilities:

🛫 Pre-Flight Duties:

Attend pre-flight briefings with pilots and senior crew

Check emergency equipment (life jackets, oxygen masks, fire extinguishers)

Ensure cabin cleanliness and availability of catering supplies

Verify passenger seating, special needs, and VIP arrangements

🧑‍✈️ In-Flight Duties:

Welcome passengers and assist with boarding

Demonstrate safety procedures (seat belts, exits, oxygen masks)

Serve food and beverages to passengers

Provide assistance to elderly, children, and passengers with special needs

Handle passenger queries and ensure comfort

Manage conflicts or difficult situations calmly

🚨 Safety & Emergency Duties:

Ensure passenger compliance with safety regulations

Handle emergencies such as:

Medical situations

Turbulence

Fire or evacuation

Provide first aid when required

Guide passengers during emergency landings or evacuations

🛬 Post-Flight Duties:

Assist passengers during disembarkation

Check cabin for lost items

Complete flight reports and documentation

Report any incidents or irregularities

🎓 Qualifications:

📏 Eligibility Criteria (Typical in India):

Age: 18 - 27 years (varies by airline)

Height: Minimum ~155 cm (female), ~170 cm (male) (depends on airline)

Good eyesight (with/without correction)

Well-groomed appearance

Fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

💼 Experience:

Freshers can apply

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is an advantage

💰 Salary Range (India):

Fresher: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000/month

Experienced: ₹50,000 - ₹1,20,000+/month

International airlines offer higher packages + allowances
