We are looking for an enthusiastic Air Hostess to provide excellent customer service on flights. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence: Welcome passengers on board, assist with seat arrangements, and address any inquiries, ensuring a pleasant flying experience.

2. Safety Procedures: Demonstrate safety protocols to passengers before and during the flight, ensuring everyone is aware of emergency exits and equipment.

3. Food and Beverage Service: Serve meals and refreshments to passengers, catering to special dietary requirements when necessary.

4. Conflict Resolution: Handle passenger complaints and issues with care, ensuring that all concerns are addressed amicably and efficiently.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the flight crew to maintain a coordinated and safe environment during the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Being a team player is important as the role requires collaboration with others. Being well-groomed and maintaining a professional appearance is also essential, along with a commitment to upholding airline policies and safety regulations. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred, and a passion for travel will enhance the experience in this dynamic role.
