4. **Conflict Resolution**: Handle any issues that may arise during the flight with professionalism and calmness, ensuring that passengers have a pleasant experience.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the rest of the cabin crew to ensure smooth flight operations and maintain a positive working environment.
