- **Cabin Maintenance:** Monitor the cabin for cleanliness and order, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and the environment is comfortable for passengers.

- **Service Delivery:** Provide food and beverage service during the flight, catering to passengers’ needs and preferences while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- **Conflict Resolution:** Address any passenger concerns or issues that may arise during the flight, using effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
