Key Responsibilities:

2. Safety Protocols: Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure that passengers are aware of emergency procedures. You will be responsible for adhering to all safety regulations and ensuring compliance during the flight.

3. Customer Service: Attend to passenger needs, address complaints, and respond to queries with professionalism. Your helpful attitude will contribute to a positive flight experience.

4. Meal and Beverage Service: Serve meals and beverages to passengers, ensuring dietary preferences are respected. This includes managing special requests efficiently and courteously.

5. Conflict Resolution: Handle any in-flight issues calmly and effectively. You will be expected to manage stressful situations with patience and maintain a peaceful environment onboard.

Required Skills and Expectations:
