Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers as they board and assist them with their luggage to ensure a smooth boarding process.

2. Safety Checks: Conduct pre-flight safety checks, demonstrating safety equipment and protocols to passengers, ensuring their understanding of safety procedures.

3. In-Flight Service: Serve meals and beverages to passengers and attend to their needs throughout the flight, ensuring a pleasant experience.

4. Emergency Response: Be trained to handle emergencies and medical situations, providing first aid when necessary and following emergency procedures.

5. Communication: Maintain clear communication with the flight crew and passengers, providing essential information about the flight and addressing passenger inquiries.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of a 10th-grade education. We welcome those with 0 to 1 year of experience. Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Candidates should possess problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction, helping to create a comfortable and safe environment for all passengers.
