We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Air Hostess to join our team in Koch Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for passengers on board.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting Passengers: Welcome guests as they board the aircraft, creating a positive first impression.

- Safety Briefings: Explain safety procedures and emergency protocols to passengers before takeoff, ensuring their understanding of safety measures.

- Serving Meals and Beverages: Provide food and drink service during the flight, ensuring that passengers are satisfied and have what they need.

- Attending to Passenger Needs: Address passenger inquiries and concerns throughout the flight, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

- Monitoring Cabin Safety: Ensure that the cabin environment remains safe and tidy, following all airline procedures and regulations.

- Emergency Response: Be prepared to assist in emergencies and follow established protocols to ensure passenger safety.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage with passengers warmly and professionally. A positive attitude and a passion for customer service are essential to thrive in this role. Additionally, candidates must be able to work in a team environment and remain calm under pressure. While prior experience is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. As you will be working from our office, punctuality and reliability are important.
