2. Safety Procedures: Demonstrate safety protocols and emergency procedures at the beginning of each flight. It is essential to ensure that all passengers understand these instructions to maintain safety.

3. Food and Beverage Service: Serve meals and refreshments to passengers during the flight. You will also ensure that dietary requirements are met and address any special requests.

4. Conflict Resolution: Manage passenger inquiries and resolve conflicts or complaints with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to remain calm under pressure is key to providing a pleasant flying experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and 0 to 1-year experience in customer service positions. You must possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Candidates should also be a team player and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
