Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to connect with various passengers and create a positive atmosphere. A friendly demeanor and helpful attitude are essential for this role. Individuals must also be able to work as part of a team, collaborating effectively with other crew members. Good communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred, alongside a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
