Key Responsibilities:

- Safety Demonstrations: Conduct safety demonstrations and explain emergency procedures to ensure passenger understanding and safety during flights.

- Customer Service: Attend to passengers' needs, serving meals and beverages, and assisting with any requests to create a pleasant flying experience.

- Pre-flight Checks: Participate in pre-flight briefings to discuss flight plans and passenger details, ensuring readiness for each flight.

- Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts or complaints from passengers with professionalism, working to find solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cabin crew members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive atmosphere on board.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers. A strong sense of responsibility for safety and comfort is essential. While prior experience is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is expected. Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade and be prepared to work full time from the office. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is important.
