We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Air Hostesses in Siliguri, India. This role involves ensuring passenger comfort and safety during flights, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Greet and assist passengers as they board and deplane, helping them find their seats and storing their luggage safely.

2. **Safety Procedures**: Demonstrate safety procedures and equipment to passengers, ensuring their understanding and compliance during the flight.

3. **Service Delivery**: Serve food, beverages, and any other requested items to passengers, ensuring optimal service and attentiveness throughout the flight.

4. **Emergency Readiness**: Be prepared to handle emergencies, including first aid and evacuation procedures, to ensure the safety of the passengers.

5. **Conflict Resolution**: Address passenger inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues professionally and effectively to maintain a pleasant atmosphere on board.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and be freshers or have up to one year of experience in customer service. Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a professional appearance are essential for engaging effectively with passengers. The ability to work in a team, manage stress during busy periods, and be flexible with working hours is crucial. Candidates should also be physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
