- **Safety Checks:** Conduct pre-flight safety checks and brief passengers on emergency procedures, maintaining a secure environment during the flight.

- **In-flight Service:** Serve food and beverages, attend to passengers’ needs, and respond to requests in a friendly and timely manner to enhance their travel experience.

- **Conflict Resolution:** Manage any conflicts or issues that arise, applying customer service skills to ensure a calm and positive resolution.
