Job Description

- Coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo onto aircraft:

Responsible for ensuring efficient and safe loading and unloading of cargo onto aircraft, following all safety and security protocols.

- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery:

Monitor the movement of cargo from origin to destination, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure timely delivery.

- Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders:

Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the transportation process to coordinate schedules, address any concerns, and provide updates on shipment status.

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation:

Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate smooth cargo operations and comply with regulations.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints:

Address customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delays, or any other issues promptly and professionally, striving to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Skills and Expectations:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and smooth cargo operations.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and maintaining records.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
