Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

Handle air cargo booking, shipment processing, and documentation.

Coordinate cargo receiving, storage, loading, and dispatch.

Prepare and verify Air Waybills (AWB), invoices, packing lists, and cargo documents.

Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs, and ground-handling teams.

Track cargo shipments and provide status updates to customers.

Ensure cargo is handled according to airport safety and security procedures.

Check cargo weight, dimensions, labels, and packaging.

Handle import/export cargo documentation and basic customs procedures.

Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and customer queries.

Maintain accurate cargo records and daily reports.

Coordinate with warehouse and ramp teams for timely cargo movement.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Basic knowledge of air cargo operations and logistics.

Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and cargo-management systems.

Good documentation and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma/Degree in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Cargo Management is an advantage.
