**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Coordinate Cargo Shipments:** Work closely with airlines and freight forwarders to ensure timely scheduling and movement of cargo, ensuring that all shipments are tracked and reported accurately.

- **Prepare Documentation:** Handle all necessary paperwork for air cargo shipments, including bills of lading and customs declarations, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- **Manage Customer Relations:** Communicate with clients to understand their cargo needs and provide updates on shipment statuses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- **Monitor Shipments:** Keep track of cargo in transit and resolve any issues related to delays or lost shipments, working proactively to mitigate potential problems.

- **Maintain Inventory Records:** Update and manage cargo inventory and logistics databases, ensuring accurate records for operational efficiency.
