AI Trainer (3-5 Years)

We are seeking an AI Trainer with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will work from our office in Coimbatore, India. This role is a full-time position for those well-versed in AI, machine learning, and generative AI, including large language models (LLM) and prompt engineering.

Key responsibilities include training and developing AI systems using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. You will be responsible for designing training materials and modules that improve AI performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will engage in prompt engineering tasks, aiding in the creation of effective conversational AI models.

The successful candidate must possess strong skills in AI and machine learning, particularly in prompt engineering techniques. Proficiency in Python and experience with various AI tools is essential.

Candidates are expected to have a graduate degree and be immediate joiners, with preference given to those who are already located in Coimbatore. The working schedule typically consists of standard office hours, and being present at the office is mandatory.
