Agile Leader

We are looking for an Agile Leader to guide our teams in developing and delivering quality projects effectively. The role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Facilitate Agile Ceremonies:** Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth communication and alignment among team members.

- **Coaching Team Members:** Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile practices, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

- **Monitor Progress:** Track project progress using Agile metrics and tools, helping identify areas of improvement and encouraging continuous learning within the team.

- **Promote Collaboration:** Foster a collaborative environment within teams and with other departments to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

- **Manage Stakeholder Expectations:** Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Understanding of Agile Methodologies:** A solid grasp of Agile principles such as Scrum or Kanban is essential for effectively guiding teams.

- **Strong Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

- **Leadership Qualities:** Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.
