Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners: Build and nurture relationships with agency partners to maximize sales and achieve business goals.
2. Recruit and train new agents: Identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and provide training to ensure agents are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
3. Drive sales through the agency channel: Collaborate with agency partners to develop sales strategies, set targets, and implement effective sales techniques.
4. Monitor performance and provide support: Track agency partners' performance, provide feedback, and offer guidance to improve results.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations: Educate agency partners on company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to maintain compliance.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Proven experience in the life insurance industry: Must have a strong background in life insurance sales and a deep understanding of agency channel operations.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with agency partners, motivate teams, and negotiate deals.
