Roles and Responsibilities
1. Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
2. Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House Wife, Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, Unemployed etc).
3. Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
4. Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum graduate.
1 year experience with sales or insurance sales experience.
Comfortable with above mentioned locations.
Comfortable to work in target and sales based profile.
Comfortable with work from office.
