Achieving top-line revenue targets through the variable agency model and meeting renewal targets for the channel will be key responsibilities.Experience in building a sales team and scaling it upCandidates must have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products. Prior experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred, and fluency in local and English language is required.
