Opening For Advocate Legal Assistant Freshers

Any BL/LLB candidates with 0-5 yrs experience and knowledge on Arbitration & EP and court activities.

Job Responsibilities:

€¢ Preparation of Plaints for filing Arbitration cases

€¢ Attending Arbitration Cases as and when cases are posted

€¢ Preparation of ABJ Petitions

€¢ Making regular follow up with Arbitrators/Deputy Registrar of Chits for getting ABJ Orders/Awards

€¢ Preparation of Execution Petitions

€¢ Filing of Execution Petitions in the appropriate Courts

€¢ Making regular follow up with our Panel Advocate for getting Speedy Order from the Execution Courts

€¢ Follow up in Section at Execution Courts

€¢ Making regular follow up with Opponents for settlement of the cases

€¢ Coordinate with Branch Staff members and execute the work regularly
