We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Admissions Manager for our school located at Peerzadiguda, Uppal, Hyderabad

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of admission targets

They will also have a keen understanding of the education market and a knack for building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders such as parents, students, corporates, and other institutes

Responsibilities-

Market Research and Planning: Carry out comprehensive market surveys for both new and existing school projects and prepare detailed survey reports. Develop a robust yearly marketing plan aligned with the organizations goals.

Marketing Collateral Management: Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals. Make sure the admission team is equipped with the necessary admission kits before the admission process commences.

Digital Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the SEO and SMO teams to create and execute effective online admission campaigns.

Marketing Execution: Implement both online and offline marketing strategies, including the design and distribution of printed materials such as brochures and posters. Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of these campaigns.

Events Management and Corporate Liaison: Plan and organize events for prospective parents and students. Establish partnerships with corporates and preschools to enhance admission campaigns.

Admissions Management: Maintain admission metrics, converting prospective students into confirmed admissions to meet performance goals.

Counseling Program Improvement: Evaluate and improve the counseling program to ensure effective communication and handling of admission inquiries.
