📋 Job Summary

The Admin Officer oversees office supplies, facility maintenance, and administrative staff. They act as the central point of contact for internal employees and external vendors. The goal is to provide a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Facility Management: Ensuring the office/factory is clean, the electricity and internet are working, and the AC/heating systems are maintained.

Vendor Management: Coordinating with external suppliers for stationery, pantry supplies, and equipment repairs.

Office Logistics: Managing travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport for employees or visiting clients.

Documentation & Filing: Maintaining physical and digital records of contracts, invoices, and employee attendance.

Compliance & Safety: Ensuring the office follows local safety laws, fire drills are conducted, and first-aid kits are stocked.

Budgeting: Tracking Admin Spend and finding ways to reduce office overhead costs.

Front Desk Supervision: Often overseeing the receptionist and security staff to ensure professional entry/exit protocols.

Organizational Skills: Handling multiple tasks like a sudden power failure, a visitor arrival, and a supply shortage all at once.

Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for drafting office memos or negotiating with vendors.
