• organize and coordinate all important arrangements for senior managements visit.

• preparation of all sorts of paper and files and updating them time to time

• handle administrative detail, all projects

• reports analysis

• data management -update and manage index

• tour & travel management .

• maintaining data base

• business mail & letter drafting .

• participating in seminar , different expos and co-ordinate them

• assigning different task to teams

• quotation follow up, payment follow-up
