â— Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
â— Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons ( electricians)
â— Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper inventory levels
â— Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning
etc.)
â— Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
â— Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
â— Support with recruiting, training and development of staff
â— Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s)
â— Look after the Invoice process- timely generation of invoices, submission, payments,
returns, GST, documentation etc.
â— Perform administrative duties (MIS/report preparation)
â— Arranging and scheduling logistics like travel itineraries and related activities (flights,
train tickets, hotels, car rentals etc.) through the company's travel systems
â— Oversee the Vendor and asset management.
