Job Description:
- Responsible for calling all leads & converting them into walk-ins &
admissions.
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills,
with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Handling walk-in queries & counseling prospective students and their
parents about the PTE Course.
- Responsible for handling outbound calls and incoming calls to ensure
fresh walk-ins in the center.
- Recording and maintaining records of all queries.
- Meeting business targets through effective counselling and selling skills.
- Maintaining reports(daily, weekly, monthly, fee collection,students records
etc.) and check, sort and forward emails.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry,
analyzing and reporting.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong
communication.
