Aging reports for Sundry debtors and Creditors

Perpetual stock audit

Cost audit

Monthly:

P & L, Fund Flow, Budget variance and other MIS

GST up loading, GST Payment & TDS

Submission of Stock statement from Stores to Bank

Other responsibilities:

To interact with Bankers with regard to bank operations as well as additional facilities as required

Bank limits renewal annually in coordination with Management and Auditors

To have annual rating carried out by CRISIL

Liaison with Auditor and Accounts Finalizations

Liason with Auditors regarding Income tax matters

To represent management in matters relating to GST, Central Excise, PF & ESIC both current and pending

Follow up with Government departments regarding Capital Subsidy and other matters
