2. Ability to understand the need of finance to the Company and

critically examine the arrangement of loans of the Company.

3. Decision making power and ability to do long term planning.

4. Taxation planning

5. Dealing with bank/FI/RBI/DGFT and external agencies.

6. To have depth knowledge of Accounting & Finalization of books

of Accounts. Should be able to prepare monthly IMS & Close books

of accounts on month to month basis.

7. Must be having exposure of handling Finance related matter

independently . to analysis the short term and long term finance

need of the company and arrange finance accordingly.

8. Should be able to prepare annual and monthly MIS P& L and

Cash flow.

9. Experience of handling and resolving all the issue related to

banking independently including preparation & finalization of CMA

data for renewal of working capital limit, Lesioning with banks etc.

10. Exposure of dealing in foreign exchange, trade finance, Export

Import documentation.

11. Goods command over handling commercial issue and various

legal issues connected with commercial transactions.
