Job description

Manage all accounting transactions

Prepare budget forecasts

Publish financial statements in time

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Report on the companys financial health and liquidity

Audit financial transactions and documents

Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Candidate must be graduate/postgraduate.

Communication skills should be excellent as we are working with US and China vendors.

Should be with the background of P2P and R2R.

Should have knowledge of accounting with financials.

Candidate must be trained

Candidate must have 3-7 year experience in relevent post

Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
