Roles and responsibilities

Candidate must have knowledge of All accounting work, balance sheet finalisation, TDS and Income Tax.

Updation of day to day books of accounts (purchases, journal entries, payment, receipts, debit notes, credit notes, etc.).

Bank reconciliation & Generation of Accounts Receivables & Payables report and timely communication to management.

Calculation of GST, online payment & return filing.

Timely payment of statutory dues (TDS, GST, ESI & EPF) and filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.).

Ensuring payments are made to vendors on timely basis.

Budgeting & Tax Planning

Updating stock and production in accounting software

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum educational qualification: Graduate with Commerce background

Should have good working knowledge of Busy & Tally

Should have good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Sheets

Should have good English speaking & writing skills
