- Tracking of QC errors for monthly QC reporting

- Taking care of accounting norms & following standard check list while checking the invoices

- Ensure accuracy of reasons against rejection/hold

- Clients query resolution

- Monthly report generation

- Individuals error tracking & arranging training sessions
