International Account Executive

Job description

The day-to-day tasks associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

Preparing and reviewing financial statements

Conducting financial analysis and reporting

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Handling monthly and annual tax preparations

Coordinating with internal and external auditors

Ensuring compliance with all local and international regulations

Qualifications

Experience with Retail industry is must

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience in USA accounting and finance

Strong knowledge and working experience on QuickBooks (Intuit),

Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and book keeping

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (Intuit) software

Maintaining Ledgers, Income, Expenses, Profit & Loss Balance sheets

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Experience with international accounting and tax reporting is strongly preferred
