Roles and Responsibilities

Should have good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software, excel, word and emailing

Should be well versed with tally data entry like purchase, sales, receipt, payment, bank reco.,

generating PO etc.

Should have knowledge of GST, PT & TDS working and returns both

Should be able to issue E-way bill, sales Invoices and coordinating with client, transporter and factory

people for dispatches

Should be able to do follow up with vendors and clients for payment and other matter

Maintaining stock register, issuing PO from Tally and follow up with vendors for quotation, PO, material

delivery

Assisting to PPIC person in requirement, stock calculation and PO

Other miscellaneous works related to accounts, dispatch, payments, follow ups or any work given by

CMD should be able to do it.

Assisting PPIC person in physical stock taking

Visiting factory once in month or quarter for physical stock verification.

Experience

Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical Industry or any

Manufacturing Industry

Qualification

Graduate from Commerce background is preferable. Science or Arts graduate with relevant experience may also apply.
