responsibilities and duties
• manage day to day accounts and inventory, preparing import/export documents, gst filing…etc..
• act as a purchase officer on getting quotes from different suppliers
• in charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check and stock), sundries (check and stock), and issuing of purchase requisitions
• handling travel arrangements
• regular supervision on security & housekeeping
• organizing and maintaining all files and records, office stationery …etc..
• managing all payments (telephone, electricity..etc)
• maintaining inventory
key skills
working knowledge in tally, interest in administration, ms office skills
required experience and qualifications
any bachelors degree
• working knowledge in tally accounting software
• full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• basic bookkeeping and math skills
• exemplary planning and time management skills
• current in today’s office technology, and computer software including ms office
• ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• high level verbal and written communications skills
• discretion with personal and confidential information
