Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage day to day accounts and inventory, preparing Import/Export documents, GST filing…etc..
• Act as a purchase officer on getting quotes from different suppliers
• In charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check and stock), sundries (check and stock), and issuing of purchase requisitions
• Handling Travel arrangements
• Regular supervision on security & housekeeping
• Organizing and maintaining all files and records, office stationery …etc..
• Managing all payments (Telephone, Electricity..etc)
• Maintaining inventory
Key Skills
Working knowledge in Tally, Interest in administration, MS Office skills
Required Experience and Qualifications
Any bachelors degree
• Working knowledge in Tally Accounting software
• Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Basic bookkeeping and math skills
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion with personal and confidential information
