responsibilities:
• he /she should train the students/job aspirants on basic accounting concepts and practical accounting scenarios.
• should be able to teach tally/quick books to students in very simple and easy methods
• should be able to answer students’ questions and clarify doubts
• he/she should be able to assist students to overcome fear of job interviews and give confidence.
• provide soft skills training and also assist in public speaking.
• he /she should be able to counsel the probable students and make them understand the benefits the institution is going to offer to students.
• developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
requirements:
• should have b. com degree and ca inter is preferred .
• minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in related field of teaching/practical work experience.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
• proficiency in microsoft office applications, tally and familiar to govt websites such as gst/pf etc including outlook, word, excel, powerpoint and access and industry-specific analysis software
• basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
