JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Accounting

Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy

Monitor and analyze accounting dala

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profils

Supplier bills checking & filing (paid/unpaid file) Prepare for payments by verifying documentation

Maintain and update all accounting data in accounting software.

Forecast and track key account metrics ( sales results and annual forecasts)

Follow Accounting SOPS & MIS

2. Banking, Taxation and Payments

Coordinate with banks for any banking services, loan facility accounting queries or banking issues

Bank statement reconciliation

Statutory payments and tax return filing before due dates

Tax reconciliation (in case of any discrepancy, contact supplier immediately)

Timely disbursement of salary, Timely payment of Vendors

Timely payment of all recurring expenses

Cash flow management

3. Record Keeping (Hard copy & Soft Copy)

Record keeping of

All Invoices

Monthly Sales Tax

Income Tax Returns

Monthly bank statement of all accounts

Petty cash expenses

Business expenses (one-time & recurring)

Financial documents (Balance sheet, profit & loss statement)

Review of accounting reports and status (as per statutory compliances)

4. Financial Management

Analyze financial data and create financial reports or statements for management. stakeholders, and external parties, such as banks, vendors, eTc
