3. Finalisation of Books of accounts of real estate Industry.

4. Reconciliation with vendors and closer of the books of accounts.

5. Well versed with process of bill checking of the contractor and supplier as per company policy.

6. Well working knowledge of Excel.

7. Reconciliation and communication with the customers ledger.

8 Real estate activities with own or leased property.

9 This class includes buying, selling, renting and operating of self-owned or leased real estate such as apartment building and dwellings, non-residential buildings, developing and subdividing real estate into lots etc.
