**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Maintain Financial Records:** Keep and update accurate financial records of all transactions, ensuring all entries are correct and up-to-date.
- **Prepare Financial Statements:** Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets for review and analysis.
- **Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Oversee incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- **Assist with Budgeting:** Help in the preparation of budgets by analyzing past financial data and projecting future revenue and expenses.
- **Conduct Audits:** Participate in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting verification processes.
- **Comply with Regulations:** Ensure all financial practices comply with laws, regulations, and company policies, staying updated on changes in financial regulations.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration () or Commerce () and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
