**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Maintain Financial Records:** Keep accurate records of all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, and payments, to ensure all company financial information is up-to-date and correct.
- **Prepare Financial Statements:** Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, allowing for a clear understanding of the company’s financial position.
- **Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Oversee the processing of invoices and payments to suppliers, ensuring timely payments while also managing incoming payments from customers to maintain cash flow.
